Program: Diane R. We sampled her favorite snack, which is helping her to avoid snacking on junk food. Sugar free jello with the addition of cauliflower. When you boil the water to make the jello, add the cauliflower to partially cook it. Add the packet of sugar free jello, stir to dissolve. Add the cold water and refrigerate until set. She had a peach cauliflower and a strawberry kale. The cauliflower added a nice crunchiness to the dessert. Diane likes that she is getting more vegetables into her day with this treat.
